Vegan Ranch Dressing

One thing I used to eat A LOT of in the past was ranch dressing. On. Everything. And since changing my diet a few years ago that was an obvious no no. Recently I tried my hand at a homemade vegan ranch and I am hooked! It is NOT low fat but it has cleaner ingredients than store bought dressings. I would recommend Sir Kensington’s Fabanaise or Vegenaise Soy Free mayo options. You can use this as a salad dressing, dip or spread! So scrumptious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup your choice vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 green onion, sliced (or 1 tsp dried chive)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, whisk together until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a mason jar. You may use right away but allowing it to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes will help the flavor set!

In your vegan ranch dressing recipe, is that 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon parsley?
