One thing I used to eat A LOT of in the past was ranch dressing. On. Everything. And since changing my diet a few years ago that was an obvious no no. Recently I tried my hand at a homemade vegan ranch and I am hooked! It is NOT low fat but it has cleaner ingredients than store bought dressings. I would recommend Sir Kensington’s Fabanaise or Vegenaise Soy Free mayo options. You can use this as a salad dressing, dip or spread! So scrumptious!

I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE.
