In my quest to waste less and not throw food away, I've tried to reuse the pulps from my milks as much as possible. I do have a recipe for Energy Balls made with pulp so that is also an option! This is a new twist on the same kind of idea and I really love it. You just mix the strained pulp with a little cinnamon and sweetener and toast it. Then add that to a bowl to make homemade granola! Or you can top nice cream with it, top fresh fruit with it, add it to smoothies, whatever floats your boat. You can also do this with oat or coconut milk! I hope you guys like this spin on a no waste treat!

HAPPY RECIPE SEARCHING!
Here you will find recipes either created by me or from ones I have found and changed up to my liking. I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE. We eat legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, grass fed organic meats, pasture raised eggs, very small amounts of organic dairy, and lots of fruits and veggies! You can always change up the recipes to fit your lifestyle or taste buds! Thanks for supporting me and my art through food!
