I think tahini has saved me many times over when it comes to eating RAW food and having that rich, comfort factor in it. For a lot of us, dressings are really a huge deal and if the salad or wrap is lacking in that area we are less likely to eat them over and over. At least I have found that in my life. So I have created a few tahini based dressings that are just so tasty and a great addition to ANY food! And the BEST part is they are all OIL FREE! You can always add or take away any spices you like. Here are just a few of my favorites.

Here you will find recipes either created by me or from ones I have found and changed up to my liking. I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE.
