Roasted Grapefruit

Ingredients:
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger


Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
  1. Slice grapefruits in half, removing any visible seeds. Put into a baking dish.
  2. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle on the grapefruit evenly so each piece has a thin layer.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes. Turn on the broil and let it sit for about 3 minutes. Be careful because the sugar will burn. 
  5. Remove, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
