PineCumber Juice

​This juice is super hydrating, anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants! Sweet, spicy and packed with vitamins!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 knobs of ginger
*note: I make my juices for myself and my 3 sons so if you don’t want a super large juice, just cut the recipe in half.


Directions:
  1. Cut the pineapple ends off. Shave all the outer hard skin off and slice in small pieces to fit in the juicer.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.
  3. Peel the knobs of ginger.
  4. I add the ginger to the juicer first to ensure the rest of the ingredients push all of it through.
  5. Juice pineapple, then cucumber.
  6. Put over ice or enjoy as is!

I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE. We eat legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, grass fed organic meats, pasture raised eggs, very small amounts of organic dairy, and lots of fruits and veggies!
