This smoothie is a version of the original from the Medical Medium book. There are 5 key ingredients to include in your everyday to help your body detox out heavy metals. To read about them from his perspective go HERE! Instead of adding cilantro to my smoothies some days, I add it to most of my meals instead. The spirulina and barley juice powder do have intense flavors that some love and some hate. I don’t enjoy it too much so I only put 1/4-1/2 tsp of each of them in my smoothie as I can’t do big quantities at a time.
Below is the mix I enjoy! Ingredients:
Add everything to the blender. If you want to add a little bit of the powders at a time to ensure you like the taste of the smoothie, that would be good. Add any additional coconut water if needed to make thinner. ENJOY!
