Green Mango Smoothie Bowl

Super simple smoothie bowl full of thyroid healing fruits!

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Large handful of Spinach
  • 1 tsp Barley Juice Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • 1 Date


Toppings:*
  • Chia/Hemp seeds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Dates
*you can use any toppings you wish! Fresh mango or banana, oats, nut butter, nuts or seeds, cacao nibs, etc
