Naan bread is one of my all time favorite things, ever! I used to eat Indian food all the time with my dad and the naan that came with the meal was the best part! These are a version that I discovered and love but are not that super fluffy texture you would get from gluten. BUT they definitely remind of me of a good warm naan bread with a chewy texture and they are perfect for scooping up food just like with Indian food! You could use these as a wrap, a soup or stew dipper, or you could make into breakfast crepes by omitting the garlic powder! You can use them for a lot of different things! I hope you enjoy them!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 can Full Fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, if not a non-stick use a little oil.
  3. Scoop out 1/4 cup batter and pour into pan, spread out evenly.
  4. Once the batter bubbles up a bit and appears firm, flip it. You want good dark brown edges like in the picture.
  5. This will make about 12 small naans. They go fast in my house!

    HAPPY RECIPE SEARCHING!

Here you will find recipes either created by me or from ones I have found and changed up to my liking. I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE. We eat legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, grass fed organic meats, pasture raised eggs, very small amounts of organic dairy, and lots of fruits and veggies! You can always change up the recipes to fit your lifestyle or taste buds! Thanks for supporting me and my art through food!
