Gluten Free Croutons

Croutons. Bread. Salty. Crunchy. DELICIOUS! These are made with Sami’s Bakery gluten free millet bread. If you are gluten free and vegan, this bread is the BEST in terms of taste and ingredients! But please fee free to use whatever bread you love! I kept this really simple so if you want to add in other spices go ahead! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 10 slices of bread, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut bread into cubes, I cut 3 slits both ways on the bread.
  3. Put bread into a large mixing bowl and add oil, salt and pepper and massage well.
  4. When it is as evenly coated as you can get it, transfer to a lined baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, mixing 1/2 way through. Watch so it doesn’t burn. Remove when they are nicely browned and crispy.
  6. Enjoy on your favorite salad! Or just snack on them because….croutons.

I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE.
