I was recently gifted an old school Oster Kitchen bread machine so I have been making loaf after loaf to try and perfect the crunchy crust and soft tender inside that we all love in a good loaf of bread. This one is the best I've achieved and so I wanted to share it with you! I do not have a "gluten free option" on this bread machine so I just use the "basic" setting with a medium crust. If you want to bake a good loaf of gf bread in the oven, I have a gf artisan bread recipe on my site.
• 1 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 3 1/4 cup @kingarthurbaking GF all purpose flour
• 2 tsp active dry yeast
1. Add all ingredients, in the order listed, into the bread machine loaf pan.
2. Select BASIC program if yours doesn't have a GF option, then press start. After 3-5 minutes of kneading, gently scrape down the dry ingredients that get stuck on the sides of the pan with a spatula. I do this a few times to ensure everything gets mixed.
3. The bread machine will do so the work including the rise and baking so no need to do anything else! It will beep when done, about 3 hours total from the start. y
HAPPY RECIPE SEARCHING!
Here you will find recipes either created by me or from ones I have found and changed up to my liking. I try to use ingredients that are usually 95% organic (lessen that toxic load!), very little unrefined sugars used and the majority of these are GLUTEN FREE. We eat legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, grass fed organic meats, pasture raised eggs, very small amounts of organic dairy, and lots of fruits and veggies! You can always change up the recipes to fit your lifestyle or taste buds! Thanks for supporting me and my art through food!
