Chipotle Cashew Cream

I am in love with the fact that cashews can replace SO much on a plant based diet! This cream is amazing and can be used on so many things like tacos, salads, potatoes, as a veggie dip, etc!
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 3 hours or overnight)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:
  1. Drain and rinse soaked cashews.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Store up to 1 week in the fridge in an air tight jar.
