Sometimes recipes come from days of thinking, researching, reading, waiting and figuring out lists I need. And sometimes they just....happen. That's what this was. I have been on a brown rice noodle kick this week. I had some lasagna noodles and a few veggies and wanted to try to create a lasagna but without the red sauce. Truth be told I'm not a HUGE fan of red sauce. So I decided to make my Vegan Cheese Sauce, chopped up some broccoli & spinach and this was the outcome! A comforting, cheesy, saucy concoction of plant based heaven. I topped mine with Cashew Parmesan and some dried herbs!
This recipe is : --> GLUTEN FREE --> OIL FREE --> SOY FREE --> SUGAR FREE --> DAIRY FREE --> PROCESSED VEGAN CHEESE FREE --> 100% VEGAN! ENJOOOOOOY!! INGREDIENTS:
**If you do not triple the cheese sauce you may not have enough and the noodles will be dry & hard. It's always better to have more! You can also add more water to the sauce to extend the amount you have as well. DIRECTIONS:
