Pours chamomile over entire world..

While our adrenals and nerves are being shot every time we open our eyes right now, it's important to nourish ourselves the best we can. Making herbal tea is super restorative & helpful with calming the fire within us and adding an herbal infused syrup can add an extra dose of chill.

Chamomile Infused Honey Syrup

¤ 2 cups water
¤ 1/2 cup dried chamomile flowers or 4 tea bags
¤ 2 cups raw honey

-  Add water and chamomile flowers to a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes..
- Strain into a bowl or mason jar & allow to cool so it is just warm to touch. Add the honey and stir well.
- Pour into a glass container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
